We will process your order within 24 hours and offer a 2-3 standard day delivery service and 1- 2 next day delivery service. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
International customers (outside of United Kingdom) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We do not know what the fees or taxes may be, we recommend that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Return and Exchange
We have low return rates due to the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accomodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
1. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unopened packs of hair. The hair must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. The bundle(s) cannot have been unwrapped, co-washed, combed, brushed, cut, finger combed, installed or tampered with in any way. Please inspect the hair without un-wrapping the actual bundle, or tampering with it in any way.
2. You must contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within the first (3) days of receiving your purchase. At that time we will determine if you will receive a refund or exchange. So as soon as you receive your purchase, please inspect it. Please do not return the product.
3. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs for returns/exchanges.
4. VigoBelle is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost/damaged in transit to us for exchange/refund purposes. Insurance and tracking is highly recommended. Any packages not received, or received without merchandise will not receive a refund or exchange.
